· Action sequences
· Predictable story
· Placement of Songs
· Slow narration
Performance: Nani impresses with his performance in high voltage action drama. Nani gives life to the role of Dharani. He has acted amazingly in a rough and mass avatar like never seen before. He really looks very natural like a coward and a drunkard. Nani – Keerthy Suresh on screen chemistry is also fresh. Keerthy Suresh looks very beautiful in the glamour look. In terms of acting, Keerthy Suresh takes another step with this movie. Deekshith Shetty is no lesser than the other two leads. His performance is natural and after this film . Shine Tom Chacko’s performance is very good. Sai Kumar, Samuthirakani, and others performance are good. Also the rest of the actors full justice to their roles.
Technical: Coming to the technical department, the music rendered by Santhosh Narayanan is impressive. Santhosh Narayanan’s background music gives life to the film. Sathyan Sooryan’ cinematography work is very good. He has shown every scene very beautifully with very realistic and grand visuals. If editor Naveen Nooli had reduced the slow scenes in the movie, it would have been a plus for the movie. Producer Sudhakar Cherukuri did not compromise anywhere and produced this film. The production values are very good. Though Srikanth Odela is good as a director but as a writer, he fails to choose a compelling story.
Analysis: Overall Dasara is a gritty action drama. Nani acts wonderfully in a rough and rugged look with different shades. Also the action sequences and emotional scenes are very good. The placement Chamkeela Angeelesi is a big disappointment. Dasara is a perfect choice to enjoy the weekend.
