Popular television actor Vikkas Manaktala has been part of TV shows like Jhansi Ki Rani, Laal Ishq, Left Right Left and more. The popular actor was also a part of Salman Khan‘s hosted reality show Bigg Boss 16. He had entered the house as one of the wild card contestants along with Sreejita De but was evicted within a short time span.
In a candid chat, Vikkas Manaktala joins Bollywood Bubble host and opened up on his eviction, battling depression and dealing with his wife’s miscarriage. Also how his family reacted to the miscarriage. Vikkas is married to actress Gunjan Walia.
Vikkas Manaktala on wife’s miscarriage:
Vikkas says, “It was a very emotionally low phase for me and my wife and for my family. Like I said earlier my parents you know how parents are, and when we conceived they were just really happy about it. When the miscarriage happened, they, especially my mother took it to heart. She became very sad and emotionally low and we both were I mean Gunjan my wife also became very very emotionally lower and we were very sad.”
He added, “So many people told if to think about it and maybe just try again. But the doctor said that after the miscarriage you should actually let the woman recover and so on and all those things we did which is beside the fact. But the thing is that emotionally it was extremely testing for us, especially for my parents.”
