Colin Farrell expects the Penguin spin-off series to begin filming in 2023

I mean, he is not going to direct it, but he is on the whole structure of the script and who is going to direct them. And so, it’s exciting.” Reeves’ involvement is certainly exciting things for the upcoming series.
